I am so grateful for this program. I have struggled with my weight for most of my adult life, and even more so after giving birth to twins, but I have never found anything that actually worked long term. Other programs I tried I would lose weight and then gain it right back. Dr. Posner’s program is broken up into phases, so you are learning when and how to eat the right combination of foods to ultimately achieve your goals. It helps you understand how different foods affect your body, and if something isn’t working, you can easily go back and repeat a phase to help get you back on track. For me this isn’t a “diet” but a way of life now. This is a program that is easy to follow, and realistic to maintain.


I was the heaviest I’d ever been in my life in June 2018, despite working out three times a week and following a “clean”/Paleo diet. I felt stuck and unhappy with my body. I decided to visit Dr. P after reading others reviews and I am so happy that I did. By following the program, increasing my protein intake and decreasing the amount of carbs I was eating, and switching my workouts from a low intensity barre class to OrangeTheory Fitness high-intensity interval training, I was able to lose 40 pounds in about 6 months. More importantly, I have now kept the weight off for over 7 months and don’t plan on ever going back. The accountabilitythat this program provided was integral to my success. I had become overweight the typical way: stress, poor eating choices, and neglecting exercise. I started initially by taking the SP diet supplements in 2013. Initially, I saw my mood improve. I wasn’t taking any anti-depressants at the time and I really marveled at how much the supplements alone improved my mood. Over the next year, I lost 80 pounds. At my 6 week check I was down 18lbs, Dr. Posner said on average most women only lose that in 12 weeks. I told him Ha good thimg I’m not average. Over my 12 weeks I lost right at 40lbs. I have kept that off for a year as of April. I feel so much healthier and happier with who I am now. I’m still a work in progress but thanks to SPdiet, my goal weight is within reach.
