For you sports fans out there, there is an oft-heard line used by many players and coaches when their teams are performing well. They will use the term: “Trust The Process”. In this case, the “Process” means the strategy/game planning/practicing that the coaches have devised for the players to follow. How they train in preseason, what types of plays they run, how they game plan against each of their opponents…these are all part of the “process” as this relates to sports.
Now, let’s turn our focus to the field of weight control. The Serotonin-Plus Weight Control Program recommends, as part of the “process”:
- Maximizing protein and limiting carbohydrate intake
- Eating three meals a day and snacks
- Avoiding protein bars/shakes/powders
- Limiting cheese intake
- Dramatically lowering/eliminating alcohol usage
- Planning meals in advance
- Journaling food intake
- Drinking at least 64 ounces of water per day

We have helped tens of thousands of people lose weight with this “process” so we ask people to “Trust The Process”. Pretty much everyone that has come into our program has tried other weight-losing programs/products/strategies. Some of these have worked and others have not.
If you are not in the active phase of our program at the office, please take out your Serotonin-Plus Dietary Handbooks (perhaps blow the dust off of it) and read the book carefully once again. Then, try to follow the strategy, use the sample meal plans, bring those shopping lists we provided to the store and by doing all of these, I bet weight will start coming off. Trust The Process!
